Gabriela Palatchi's recipe book. A self-taught chef, Gabriela opened her first restaurant, Gabfoods, in Istanbul in 2017. Gabfoods is the first 100% gluten-free and refined sugar-free restaurant in Turkey, committed to serving dishes made with only real, unprocessed products, organic local ingredients and ethical. Gabriela's mission is to create healthy and delicious food.
