L'ESPAI

A place for indulging in food and art, in a town that likes to indulge in food and art.

Versatile would be the best adjective to define L'Espai. It's not a cooking workshop, it's not a private space, it's not a test kitchen, nor a boutique, nor a restaurant. It is not a place for banquets, it's not a gallery, nor a concert space. It's none of these, but it is all of these. L'Espai is open to everything, and everyone.

All the corners of L'Espai offer many options. First and foremost, there's the kitchen, where the magic takes place. A sophisticated kitchen with rustic touches. Then we have an open dining room with a giant last supper-inspired table. One where many stories and food will be shared. And finally there is the cellar, a charming room with old stone walls.

ANDREA

It won't be the first or the last time someone from outside falls in love with our culture. Andrea comes from the United States and has not been satisfied with just putting down roots in Catalonia. After having worked in well-known restaurants in Barcelona, she has promoted the L'Espai project to celebrate what she likes most about our region: the Mediterranean lifestyle and gastronomy.

KITCHEN

The core of everything. As we said, the kitchen is where the magic of L'Espai takes place. There where Andrea has poured all her inspiration and has created the gastronomic pillars that so well draw the concept of this place. The kitchen houses the gastronomic workshops, all the processes of the recipes of each workshop will be experienced. It is where you will really learn new techniques and above all you will have fun.

DINNING ROOM

Like home. The dining room is large and welcoming, and if you are also sharing a table with the people you love… This is where most things happen. You will eat what you have cooked in the workshops, you will have after-meals as long as you want, you will find art exhibitions, or concerts, one day. Or private meetings, or presentations, or soirees. Of course, whatever it is, whatever there is, it is where you will enjoy food, art and yours.

CELLAR

Cave. The winery is very charming. The old stone walls and the ideal lighting make this place an interesting and cozy corner. It is the perfect place where you would take his/her lover to give her a kiss. The wine tastings, the most intimate meetings and the most secret conversations will take place in the winery.
