We love eating them, but most of us don’t necessarily know how to make them. In this hands-on class you’ll practice the art of making everyone's favourite at any barbecue: sausages. You’ll learn all about meat grinding, spice mixing and sausage stuffing, and you’ll be able to develop your own recipe and take them back to your holiday home to be enjoyed during your stay. But be warned, it may spoil it for you since they’ll taste better than your supermarket brand.
